manna mash fopaux

I learned something!! I add different things to change up the mash and I do believe I will be tossing out most of this last batch. One word.

OKRA

man that stuff is slimy!! Zoey won't even touch it at all. Sophie is not liking it either. I just gets stuck all over Cricket!! What a shame. I guess it was bound to happen when I won't leave well enough alone!!

My birds adore Okra! I once made a mash with it and beets and a whole bunh of things chopped up in the food processor - beans, pasta, veggies, etc. It was a huge hit! I usually grow some okra in the garden and give it to them raw now-a-days, they love to eat the seeds.

I think Zoey and Sophie are pretty darn smart. I won't touch okra either. I don't even like the way that stuff looks.
