I'm so excited over....

A book! My new friend Melissa, AKA MABIRD, HELIO'S MOM, sent me this wonderful gift. "The Healthy Bird Cookbook" I arrived home last night after a LOOOOOOOONG day at work, and there it sits, on my counter. I had NO idea she was doing this. AWWWW

THANK YOU MELISSA! I'M AT WORK RIGHT NOW, AND I'VE BEEN READING YUMMY RECIPIES! Coworkers calling me the crazy bird lady!

OK, WHO WANTS RECIPIES? HEHEHEHEHEH

I can do one a day for everyone. LOL

having the book myself, i'd like to make a few comments: lots of recipes have added sugar, i usually simply leave the sugar out, make sure that i use wheat instead of while flour and substitute some ingredients for extra veggies....
overall though a nice collection of recipe ideas

Bird recipe book

I plan on getting one of those books as well, and don't feel bad, they also call me the crazy bird lady, as well as pet detective since I have so many other pets
