Red Palm Oil
I've seen Red Palm Oil mentioned on other bird forums. What are your thoughts on it and do you all have any recipes that you use that includes Red Palm Oil? Also, if you use it what's the best place to purchase it? I found this site that sells it and it seems like a good price for a large quantity.

I have tried red palm oil on three seperate occasions. It smell awful and my bird will not eat it. Save your money.
PS. It also stains! THE OUTLAW
