Same ol' Same ol'?

Ok it has gotten into a habit that we feed our B&G the same stuff over and over again. Egg in the morning with shell and vegies. At nite Either fruit or Pasta. We have tried getting him to eat Sweat Potatoes but he doesn't care for it. We Has tried the peanut butter thingy someone has posted and everything. I am afraid that we aren't getting him with what he needs. He eats his nuts and pellets during the day when we are gone. Basicaly I am trying to get out. We want to spice things up for him make things different.. I know hes gotta be getting tired of the same ol same ol. I know I would.. What would everyone suggest.

Can't suggest much though there is a great book with over 150 recipes for parrots and humans alike... its a greenish yellow book with a macaw and some other birds on the front (I own the book, though since i am not home i can't even remember the name of it!)

Hey can you get me the UPC code and info off it. Scan the back of the book. I have a friend who works in a book warehouse and I will see if she can get it for me.

Sure, I'll see what I can do once I get home!!! It'll be a few hours though since I'm with my mother at her work, and she has been working late... and we plan on going out to dinner afterwards...
