Red face Food Questions

Hi, I have just started to reintroduce my 2 sun conures to fresh fruits and veggies. For awhile they would not eat anything but a seed mixture. I finally got them to start eating pellets as well . I'm slowing cutting the seed mixture back and giving them more pellets. Anyways I am trying to make or give them new foods to try to see what they will eat that is fresh. I printed up a bunch of bird bread receipes that I will try(if white flour is all I have can I give them that or only wheat flour?). I was wondering if anyone has a receipe on rice? Can I give them white rice or is brown rice the only rice I can feed them? Also is spagetti squash ok for them to eat? Can I give them oranges with the peel still attached or do I have to cut the orange away from the peel?

I know this is alot of questions but I'm afraid to give them something wrong and make them sick.Thank you so much in advance for your help.

Danielle

Our parrots need whole grains, NO refined grains such as white flour, white rice, or degerminated cornmeal. Yes, spaghetti squash is fine to feed them. Best is a variety of healthy, nutritious vegetables, whole grains, legumes and fruit.
