Post more about sprout mix

um it says on the website that as the various ingreediemts sprout they become more nutrious but it does not say how long you need to soak the mix before feeding it? Its tidy mix sprout mix.

Grains, seeds and legumes are generally soaked overnight, or from 8 to 12 hours. It doesn't hurt to go a bit longer if that's how the timing works out.

I MAY need to get a bigger freezer. I Feed my bird harrisons but feel she needs a broarder diet than just that and veg. However that is tricky because i dont have alot of storage space. So she eats what i eat. I am into healthy eating but i think she makes me healthier.

So thats good.

Also i think i find it easier living alone with the bird around, relaxing to have her sit on you ectra.
