Hi,I have a sun conure also.I would be hesitant to let a bird on my shoulder that has bit that hard on a family member's neck.It is impossible to see his body language that way and divert his attention. Before any advice can be given on how your daughter can forge a bond with your bird,it would be helpful to know her age.As for the clothes biting it kind of comes with the territory. My son has little triangle cut outs in all his T-shirts.

Probably the only way to forge a bond with your daughter is bribery while inside the cage. Your daughter must be the only one to give the very best treats. To what the best treat is you have to ask the bird what his favorite is.

Clothes designing is so that you can own designer clothes without the cost. Just think nobody else has exactly the same shape holes.
