I believe you can get the steel rings that the cups will nestle into. Then you just have to drill the PVC pipe for them to fit through. Your best bet would be to visit a few petstores and examine their playstands to get ideas that run parallel to your needs.

Good advice :) We do have one local pet store that carries birds..So I will pop there and see what some of the options are ;)

I was just searching around for more play stand ideas and saw this on another thread....
