Below is the thread that was sent to me when I inquired about instructions, they are quite easy to make.... hee hee.... easy for me to say I watched my husband do it. LMAO
It took him about an hour to make. Captain loves it. Husband has also made smaller versions for the smaller birds. The Hoopball...A DIY Project Here are a couple of pics.

Here's a stupid question, lol. It says that they used hula hoops for the larger ones, but what do they use for the frame of the smaller ones?

you could most likely just use the smaller hoops or if you could make a ring of pvc maybe idk
