Hello Just joined the group
Hi all,
I just joined the forum and wanted to take a second to introduce myself. My name is Linda and I am from Pennsylvania. I just got a parrotlet 2 weeks ago and am reading all I can to learn about the little fellow. I am working now to getting him used to being handled. I can get him to sit on my hand but not much more. Have to get him to stop biting. My other hobby is scrollsawing (hence the nickname ladyscroller) I am going to put that saw to good use making my own toys for booger now that I see how expensive bird toys are. I have the wood and the acrylic and am going to make some this weekend. Would love to learn from other parrotlet owners tips and tricks to mellow him out so that he can be handled without being afraid. Linda

Hi Linda! Welcome to the best bird board on the net! I don't have any parrotlets, but there are plenty that do, so I know you'll get some great info!
