Newbie here from central FL
Hi there! Great to find a site like this!
I am from central Florida. I recently lost my african grey, Banjo on May 8th 2005. I have not had any luck in finding him and I miss him like crazy. He was having some play time out on our screen patio and was in need of a wing clip.....the rest is, as they say, history.  It's nice to "meet" all of you! I would love to look into getting another bird. I have done a lot of research on them, even before I got Banjo. Maybe again someday......

Orange City.....not far from you!
Ever heard of it? It's in with Deland and Deltona, not too far from Daytona, and not too far from Orlando. I think I am just east of Orlando? I have to travel west on I4 to get to Orlando. Looking at greys as we speak....I think of my lost baby out there every darn day. I have cried and begged for him to just come home somehow.
