Hello everyone!
I was just informed of this site froma customer at work. What a great site! I have a 1 year old Jardine parrot who I adore. She is getting into the nippy stage, but we are working with it. Glad to meet you all!

Thanks for such a great welcome. I will post some pictures when I can get Monkie, my Jardine, to sit still. She is always on the go. She is a sweetie and is vocalizing, although I can't understand most of what she is saying. Anyone who says a Jardine is a quiet bird has not met Monkie. She is always vocalizing, wolf whistling, or just making squeeks, etc. She only squawks, if that is what you would call her contact call, when I first get home or leaving to go out. She is a funny little bird. Loves to just flip on her back at random then look at you as if to say, (what? I look cute huh?) Each day she continues to amaze me and make me laugh at her antics.
