Oh No! Another Newb!

Hi everyone! I'm doin' this kinda backwards, I've already posted a long winded topic in the amazon section.

So NOW, I'll introduce myself......

I am a stay at home housewife, and mom to one human child and several furry and feathery "children".

I am owned by 5 birds:

Sota, my newest addition, a BFA male, and the reason I came here seeking advice.

Beaker, my TAG, and a real sweet bird with a lacking vocabulary, and a foot fettish.

Petey, my adorable little cockatiel, whos an excellent flyer, and voice sounds SO sweet when he says "HI BIRDS!!!!":
(early christmas photo!)

Sweety, my old man cockatiel who is still full of spit and vinegar at the ripe old age of 26:

And last but not least, my son's Parrotlet, PeeWee, born and raised here:

I also have 3 cats.....

My Tortie with issues named Bird.

And the inseperable "twins", Waldo and Azrael.

My two ratty girls:

Schmoopsie, the dumbo with a sweet face, and even sweeter personality:

And Poopsie, the darker, shy sister:

And my dog, Peanut, a "well rounded" girl:

That's it for me, currently. I've done my share of fostering and such, but right now I've just got the permanent members. It's like a vacation!

What great shots & a wonderful family. Maybe we can get a group rate on therapy, my tortie also answers when I call the birds and my ringneck tells anyone who will listen that she is a pretty kitty. Welcome to the flock!

Good to know I'm not the only one sharing a house with animals suffering from an identity crisis.

Thanks for the welcome. I remember a "catschair" from another board, are you one and the same? (XOParrots?)

Yup, thats me. Love my smelly little ratties.

Sweety is a raggedy old bird. His feather condition has always been a little "lacking", but for his age, he is a fiesty old man, and getting more hateful with age. I've had him for.......4 years now. Maybe 5. I am at least his 3rd owner.
