Another Newbie!!
Hello everyone!!
My name is Tina. About 6 years ago, My family and I moved to the Outer Banks of NC from MD. At that time I had two cockatiels, two kids a hubby and a dog. After about a year, I ended up separated and then divorced. I had to find the birds a new home, I couldn't manage everything on my own. I am still a single mom, but the kids are older and I am more competent on my own now. My daughter has 2 cockatiels and my son has 2 love birds. There are now 4 birds and 4 dogs in the house! I'm a sucker for animals!! Pictures of the gang will be coming shortly. The love birds were a new experience for us. They chose me in the store. I couldn't not take them home. Before I joined birdboard, I received a lot of valuable information from the site on our new babies! Thanks so much! I love to check the posts everyday!!

Hi Tina and welcome to BB! Indeed, lovebirds are quite different and can be a bit of a 'shocker' when compared to tiels!
