I would think that with your enthusiasm, the breeder would let you know if you are visiting too often. Plus the more you interact with the bird will make the transition from their old home to yours easier since Kilo will already be familiar with you.
Just ask the breeder if you were to visit every day for a little while to help with things would be okay. I'm sure they will let you know if it's too often. |

We went back to see him today, and boy has he grown! You are right about me being "bitten." I almost cried when I realized he wasn't going home with me. I know he is in good hands with the breeders, but I feel like I am leaving my baby alone or something. He is the cutest thing! He started eating corn out of my hand and always runs up to me to home him. I sure hope he stays this sweet! I am not sure about the name. I really love the name Kilo..and I can't think of anything that suits him better...but everytime I tell someone they refer to a measurement of drugs! LoL So..I don't know if I will want to spend the next 30 years of my life explaining his name is a male adaptation of "Kila.." but who knows! I am just so happy!

Well, if not Kilo, why not Kito??? "Kila" reminded me of one of our pets named 'Kita' so why not go with "Kito", hardly a difference other than sound! Sure is a cutie though!
