Hey Donna thats cool. You were about 45 mins from me when you were at Keesler. Lets see my birds, well I have a zoo. I have peach face lovebirds, two cockatiels, two quakers and I am soon going to add a cockatoo. Well I think its going to be a cockatoo..I am still researching and such on the larger parrots before I decide. I adore too's but I am not so sure with their clingy natures if they will be right for our family. Maybe adopting one would be the way to go. Anyhoo the zoo also contains, one dog, seven cats, two horses and teenager. LOL!

Not included the teen, and not the lovebirds (how many???) that's 14 animals! Not sure I could handle more than a few cats (we have two), but I have an aunt or LOVES cats, fish, and her dogs (not sure if she has any fish, but she has 3 dogs, and maybe 7-9 cats!!!).
Guess I can't compare to the mammals (larger ones, spec), but heck, we are caring for 18 critters, 3-4 of which are fosters! Anyway, enough rambling! Welcome to BB!
