Thank you Monica. He could very well be. I got him from a woman who was giving the options of "Someone take him in a week or he goes outside." From what I was told, he's not, but I'm not sure.

Hi - do Romeo & Blue get along?
One other lovie owner here has 3PF birds - one is a hybrid [part fisher] but the beak is reddish. Maybe they'll say hello - I can't remember their thread  .

Hi everyone. Thanks for the warm welcomes.
Homebird- yes Blue and Romeo get along just fine, but we keep a close eye on them just in case they decide they've had enough of each other.
