New owner of Jenday Conure
Just brought home our new male Jenday Conure, "Peanut". He was born 2/16/06 and is settling in nicely.

That is one beautiful bird! The only fault I can see is he should have hatched one day earlier so he could share my birthday :)

I have a male Jenday Conure also. He's coming up on a year old now and is a lot of fun. He's loud from time to time, but generally only in the mornings when he "greets" the sun and the other birds in the house or when he's excited/frightened about something. He is a bit of a watch bird and will alert everyone around him if he sees something out of the ordinary outside - or if I am carrying the DustBuster. haha!
