Hello From Iowa - B&G Owner
Hello Everyone!
My name is John T. and I live in Iowa. I work as a web programmer on contract for the USMC. Myself and my girlfriend of 5 years have a 3 year old daughter, Alexis (Lexi). We recently purchased a baby Blue and Gold macaw, we named "Luigi". Here is a photo of Luigi:  Here is his new home:  Luigi is not weaned yet, and won't be coming home for two more weeks (notice the empty cage  ), which is a drop in the bucket compared to all the time we have been waiting! We have prepared for many months for his arrival (both educational preparation, as well as financial - as you no doubt know, these little guys are not cheap! ).Well, it is a pleasure to be a part of this site. BTW--Luigi looks just like my Bob. There's only one rule here, and it's this: You MUST teach Luigi to say "Hi, Bob!!" first thing. Before "hi" or "step up" or any silly thing like that! *grins*

Hi John,
Luigi is adorable and his back drop to his cage is awesome!! I must ask...Where did you get that at? The boys room is a tropical theme and I just love the blue with palm trees!!
