I'm back again!

I have to get a whole new computer. Mine went wonkie and wouldn't let me do all that much anymore at all online. Now I am crusin around the internet like i should be.

While I was gone, Maleka, our cockatiel female passed away. The vet thinks she ate something. But for the life of me I can't figure what she got into that Arcamedis wouldn't have as they were practically joined at the hip. Arc had a hard time and begun feather plucking after she passed. Soon thereafter the opportunity came up that we were asked to take in a female 6 month old tiel. So we took her in and almost immediately Arc went from plucking to preening and making himself pretty again.

Our finches, Lucy, Ethel, and Fred, are getting more and more hand tame. Well, they don't freak out like they used to. They humor me when I out my hand in their cage with a cupped palm of seed. They'll come down and sit and munch away, pretending that they are interested in my attempts, LOL.

Our foster keets are ours. Our parakeets names are Polly and Neon. They're doing well too. Punkin passed away too. He was quite the old man!

Anyhow I am glad to be back and hope to have some good news here soon regarding a cockatoo we might be getting!
