Hello all
Hello all, I am new to BB. I am a current mom of four beautiful budgies, and five (soon to be six) babies. We live in Nova Scotia with our three teenagers, a puppy (boston/chi mix), a cat, and a very patient fiancee. I have been a bird owner for going on five years, and can't imagine being without them.
 These pics were taken last night while i had the babies out cleaning the nesting box, wow, you dont really realize how much poop those lil buggers can create, seems like im always cleaning up after them.

Welcome to BB! You have beautiful budgies! And WOW - those babies are so TINY. I would love to see more baby budgie pictures
 My little budgie, Jerry, has stolen my heart and I know exactly how special these little ones are!

LOL, I took this one while I was cleaning out their nest box, I tried to get them to line up from oldest to youngest, but they wouldnt stay still. The egg is due to hatch sometime today
I hope everything works out for the lil guy.

sad day
i checked on the babies when i got home from work tonight, and the egg was crushed. I dont know if the mom was a little rough, or if the daddy got in there, but the lil one was just about developed, but didnt make it.
I feel so bad, cuz am sure all he needed was a day or two to finish developing.
