Hello, bird lovers
I am new to this so I don't know if I am doing this right. I'd love to talk with you and share stories about my baby, Mango. I don't know if it is a he or a she but I have a 5 month old Sun Conure that I got at 4weeks and raised. It was quite an experience but a feeling of accomplishment when Mango weaned and the latest gram stain looked perfect.
 I had a Green Cheek before her that I bought just weaned from a breeder. She was perfect for the first four days but wasn't really eating so I went back to hand feeding her and one afternoon after work she went from normal to dead in a matter of min. She was a feisty little thing and squeezed through her bars when she saw me. We think she might have hurt herself somehow. These are my first dealings with feathered friends in about eight years when I also had a little Green Cheek that I gave to a single friend because she had more time to give her.

Welcome! Thats why I had to get my Sun COnure a new cage, she kept getting out. She was fine while I was at work. But as soon as I come home, out she squeezed. I got her a cage with smaller bar spacing. Crystal

Welcome to BB.... I have a GGC now, and he's the most adorable thing. I was considering a Sun as well... but they are too noisy for my apartment-with-neighbours situation. Do you have pics?
