Hi there
Hi all,
I'm new here as you can see but the boards look great. I found them following a link someone posted on another forum i go on. I currently have 25 birds: 19 aviary budgies (want their names...here we go: Budgie, Bobby, Gerri, Spongebob, Patrick, Sandy, Jasper, Bubble, Squeak, PB, Jelly, Porkball, Dimsim, Asparagus, Pudding, Lime, Gherkin, Tirikke, Akala), 2 indoor budgies, Blinkie and Ozzie, 1 cockatiel, Cookie, and 3 new baby budgies which will go out in the aviary eventually, Domino, Yahtzee and Jenga. In addition to all my birds i have a jack russell terrier named Mickey and my mum has a guide dog (she's blind) named Buffy so at times it feels like a bit of a zoo here.  I like the zoo feeling, mum's not so keen but no matter how much she whinges about my birdies i know she loves them - i've caught her having conversations with Blinkie more than once. Anyway, i'm looking forward to getting to know you all! I'll leave you now with a few photos of my flock: My Cookie bird - he's just a baby at 14 weeks old but he's got a cute personality. He's a little bit of a whinger at times but i love him.  His Royal Blinkiness - Blinks is a "homegrown" budgie (bred here from my own budgies) so i've had him since he was an eggie. He's very tame yet in typical budgie style a real cheeky ratbag. He loves stealing food and he especially love avoiding cage time.  This here is Ozzie wearing his highly convincing tiel costume.  I can assure you that he is the biggest pig in the history of budgies - he's gained 3 grams in 10 mins stuffing his beak with millet...now that's an achievement!Here are my new babies:  Domino on the left, Yahtzee with the cinny wings and Jenga up the back. And a few of my aviary flock:  Pudding  Sandy  Jasper  Group shot Hope you enjoyed them!
