Hello, I'm New Here...Just Hopped Over From BirdTalk Forum
Hello Everyone!
I am owned by two Lovebirds (Tweety and Squeeky). I'm fairly new to birds also since Tweety came into my life in April this year, then Squeeky in July. I've learned a lot from the forums at BirdTalk and the Lovebirds Plus Community. Thought I'd pop in here and learn some more. Welcome! My name is Barb and we just got two cute parakeets 2 days ago. Your lovebirds are very sweet looking and adorable. Looks like you've got quite a playground for them!

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. My lovies have several play areas, but now that the temperatures are getting a bit chilly they're homebound and won't be getting outside as much to play in their play cage. I am working on a new play gym...well expanding on that little one that I bought. As soon as it's finished I'll post some photos. Yes, they are changing every day. I'll have to post some newer photos because Squeeky's head is just about as orange as Tweety's. It won't be hard to tell them apart though because Tweety has a very sweet disposition. She's a real sweety and will come to me as soon as the cage door is opened, give kisses and just loves to get on my shoulders. She's got a favorite little box she enjoys climbing into. It happened by accident too as I was planning to throw it in the trash, but now I have to keep it just for her. It's a little blue box with some sort of velvet-like material inside...my watch came in it. I'll have to post one of her in the box too. Thanks again. I'm so happy to be here.
