Hello i'm new

Just joined today. I have a 6 1/2 yr old female blue and gold macaw. I've had her since she was a baby hand fed her too. Then I had an african grey that i rescued. He was a feather plucker and mean. Had him 3 yrs before he was adoptable, now he resides with my best friend and the rest of her feather flock.

I live in warwick, RI married have a wonderful 20 month old son zack. I have 2 dogs a female german shepherd stormy who is 7 a shih -tzu male buck he's 9. Then I have 3 cats, black female raven who we found as a kitten she's 4yrs old, then blk and white one fernado that we adopted he's 3yrs old he has a deviated septum and no one wanted him, then our newest member orange and white male phantom he's named that cause his eye is messed up cause he was dragged behind a car on purpous.

Also have some reptiles and a salt water reef tank and will be breeding rabbits again black and blue flemish giants.

I think you already made a friend! What a great family you have there. Sounds like you could stock the ark should we ever need that to happen again!

We almost have the same pets, aside form my other big birds, I have two blue and and I african grey....african greys are really known to be the sensitive ones so it does take time to get their trust. Welcome.

Welcome, i am new here too. I am owned by Zoey a WC Pionus and 2 new teils (Nick and Nora) here to learn and have some fun. Glad to have you here
