Hello, I have a Blue and Gold Macaw named Ralph, He is 18 years old and I have had him since he was 7 months old. Ralph has becom my guardian angel as he became my service animal when he warned me about a heart problem I was about to have. I ended up in the hospital for 10 days because of his warning. I might have been in serious trouble had he not warned me. He is a great companion too.
I have been an animal trainer and animal care specialist for a long time, about 40 years now. I live in West Warwick RI and volunteer my services to help people train thier animals so they mighr bnecome better pets and more enjoyable.

Hello and welcome to our family. I've heard of dogs warning people of seizures and heart problems but your bird is very special. I'm sure with all your experience we will be calling you for advise. I also have a b&g but the only thing he warns me about is if I"m late with his dinner.LOL Good to have you!!!!
