New Here From Illinois!
Hello Y'all! New here, checking things out. My husband and I run a toys business called Fids-R-Us in northern Illinois. We make all our own bird toys, and even make all our wood toy parts ourselves. We like making the toys, because it allows us to have control over what toys our birds use. There are so many unsafe toys, we wanted to know what our birds were playing with! So we have a successful business that allows us to stay home with our human child, and our feathered kids. Oh, yeah, I'm sure you want to hear about them! Well, we have a 3 year old calico macaw, a 7 week old miligold we are still handfeeding, a 14 week old african grey whos'missing all his toes on one foot, and one on the other. We also have several breeder birds, including cockatiels, lovebirds, green cheek conures, BFA and more. We never ship our birds (we think it's too traumatic on them), but do ship our toys. Our birds loving testing out our new toys, because they get so spoiled! We spend our days making toys and playing with our birds, what life could be better! Our world lives for our feathered children! Thanks for having me here, and i look forward to the board!
