Bird Fanatic Hello here

Hello,
I'm new here & delighted when I found this site. I'm owned by more pets than anyone else I know but my bird owners are about 16 finches & one lonley lovebird. Tragic stories invovled but I'm the one who has gained. I'm currently working to get rescue finches back into better physical shape, and have one pair nesting. Second egg in nest today! Woo hoo! Don't know if anything will come of it-but it sure is exciting.

Yeah, I'm totally boring my family with my bird talk but it's so fascinating-how can they be bored? LOL. I'm a double nut case though-because if the birdtalk annoys them-I can switch to hamsters, or dogs or cats or fish...gee, guess I could mention my cute children once in a while. *smiles*

I can chat to anyone about almost anything & enjoy the visit. I could really benefit from finch lovers with experience. Especially since finches have never owned me before & I'm still being trained.

Gosh it sounds like you have a fun filled house. Glad you found us and I'm sure we can find you a finch expert around here some where. Welcome to the board!!!
