Hi......how do the birds do with the Cat?.............is it really true they can CAN coexist?

Speaking of alot of Quakers - I have 3 breeder pairs in the breeding room and 7 pet Quakers in the birdroom/sunroom. Yup, 13 Qs. It can get a little noisy. A little? ;D

Alexia, they can coexist. I have two birds currently an amazon and a senegal. I had two american budgies up untill recently as I rehomed them (my senegal was just way to territorial) I also have two cats and one dog. Generally they get along just fine! I would recommend that you get the cat no older than 6 months, it's just easiest to teach them when they are younger. My kittes get along just fine with the birds.
