Hi!

I just wandered in and will be looking around your site to see how informative it can be.

I own the following:

6 Quaker Parrots (breeders)
3 Cockatiels

Re: New member

Hi,

I have a Blue and Gold McCaw, a Yellow Nape Amazon, a cockatiel, a while male canary, and a parakeet. :) I also have 6 dogs, 17 ferrets, a cat, fish, 2 bearded dragons, and 2 King snakes. I am a vetererinary technician but own my own business now so don't work in a clinic anymore.

We've had our Blue and Gold since he was a tiny baby. He was hand fed so he's pretty tame.

Yes, I have 17 ferrets. Crazy, huh? I started with rescue and ended up keeping a lot of the ones that weren't healthy but they are now. Most of the birds I have are rescues too except for the Blue and Gold (Lefty) and our Amazon (Mango).

I think this site is great and I will be on here for information and if I can be of help to anyone, I'm here. :)

Re: New member

:) Thanks, Jason. I've been called The Ferret Lady a lot. I just love them. Hmmmm! Bet you couldn't have guessed that.

Wow! That's a lot of Quaker under one roof! Mine seems to be more than I can handle at times; I don't know what I would do if she wasn't an only child. Welcome abroad!
