Question Hi I Am Knew And Need Help Please!

Hello,

I have a 18 week old African Grey Congo who is scratching the back of his neck and face. His feathers are missing from there. Can someone please tell me what this could be?

Welcome..I dont have a grey but I think it may be a diet related issue or weaning issue..are you weaning it yourself? Also check for mites. Grey people shouldnt be too far off, try posting in another forum maybe...but people should be here soon.

Are you in Green Bay Wisconsin?If so,Dr. Sarah Wolfe is an avian vet there.She would be able to tell you if your grey has a parasite or other health issue causing the scratching.
