Hello Everyone!!!!
I am new to this board and thought I would introduce myself to you all!!!!
My name is Meredith, I am 24 years old and reside in Maryland. I have 2 wonderful parrots, I have a darling Cinnamon Green Cheek Conure and a wonderful Eclectus. Somewhere in the future I would like to get an African Grey also as I have a huge love for them, but that wouldn't happen for a while. I hope to get to speak with some of you folks and get to know you all and your fids along the way.

Welcome to BB!!! We look forward to seeing pics of your babies! Male or female ekkie? Sure you will find heaps of info and could probably give some advise yourself.

Thank you - I have been a lurker on this board for some time now and decided to join and chat with you all. My Ekkie is a male SI - he is a sweet heart and actually just finally was able to come home with me a few days ago, so everything is quite new to him.

Aww I like the male Ekkies, they seem to have a nicer temperment. I know girls can be nice but I prefer the boys lol. I was a lurker for a while too lol then i just couldnt take it anymore haha. now im addicted lol.

Hi Missy - I too am new here - I also have a male SIE - he has only been home with us since Dec. 15th and still adjusting too....Very beautiful - they do have an independant streak about them tho. We brought home another new fid yesterday so everyone is adjusting once again! I am not far from you at all - I am out at the Blue Ridge Mtns. orig. from Reston! I look forward to getting to know you and your feathered friends!
