hello from North Carolina

Hi, I just discovered this place and thought I would say hi.

I have only been owned by a bird(s) for a few years, but have been interested in them forever it seems.

Currently, I have in my flock:

2 year old Rose breasted cockatoo Ruby (first bird)
2 two year old female cockatiels, one very tame (Sunshine) and very laid back, one kinda schizo (polkadot)
1 year old green cheek conure (Sammy).....which has bonded with
9 month old female Hahn's macaw (Trixie)
3 month old female solomon eclectus (Dixie)
and to top it all off, my two sympathy cases,

30 year old female wild caught blue front amazon rescue (Freddie) and her buddy, a 14 year old Yellow collar macaw (Jack) rescue, both former breeders.

So, inside 2 years we have gone crazy with the birds......

So, if anyone has any questions about my birds, ask away, I seem to have one of just about everything hanging out here, and believe it or not, my house is very quiet - not what you would expect with so many birds. I went out of my way to avoid generally loud birds. I know that not every bird of the same species with behave the same or whatnot, but I can tell you plenty about the crazy stuff that goes on arround here.

And wow, that's quite a few parrots you've acquired in just 2 short years. I hope you post pictures of your beebs eventually!
