Met you guys last week at Pomona. Was looking for a parrot. After much research adn talking to people I decided I didn't know enough just yet to make an educated decision. I thought I wanted an African Grey, I now know I do not. I am heavily leaning to a pionus at this point but am still trying to soak up all the info I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wifie and I both wanted a parrot for a while but never got around to it. Mother Inlaw had lovebirds and finches, we want something a bit more interactive. We both work and have two kids 12 and 5 and have a rat terrier we resuced 2 years ago. Any suggestions would be welcomed

Welcome to BB!! In the bigger Parrot category I have a Lilac Crown Amazon & African Grey. Love them both.
