hand feeding bird is time consumming but not imposible you should get a bird baby food mix which is a powder you can mix with warm water the smaller the chick the more often it needs feeding right out of the egg possibly every 4 hours as they get bigger You can go to 5 then six hours,keep them in a dark warm place.. It a rewarding experience.
Start feeding them with a syringe sold in bird shops forthe purpose and has a tube for putting into the birds crop dont over feed birds you will soon learn how much.make just enough mix for one feed and make it fresh each time.and be as hygenic as if it were your own baby boil everythingafter each use.
