Ole guy wid 8 birds..

First time in here. Have a b&g macaw, blue fronted amazon, a cockatoo, an african grey. two hahns macaws, one finch and one cockatiel.. = 8.
Have bought these birds from people who no longer wanted them or allergies.
I have MS and take care of these birds daily.

Have a question....my B&G macaw has a feather problem. They are sorta like matted, not the look she had last year?? .Reasons??

Diet, health?

Have you taken the B&G macaw to the vet yet and had a check up?I know it may be difficult for you at times.Have you tried giving it a good bath? What is it currently eating now seed or pellet? Is it getting fresh fruit and vegetables?

Welcome to BB! Some of my re-homed fids are from owners developing allergies too. MS is a tough one -- keep fighting the good fight. We can't wait to hear more about your birds.
