Hello
My name is Tasha, my dh is Bob we just purchased our first Macaw. He is such a beautiful bird, he has taken well to us, but it will still take time for him to adjust to us and us to him. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I will post some as soon as I get more familiar with the board. Right now we are working on him getting to know us. He is a Green Wing Macaw. He is a sweetheart though. It is taking some time and nibbles to get us figured out. He seems to like my husband better but it is getting easier. My dh says he doesn't talk to me but he will talk to you. I said I am not sure why. Maybe because my mouth is always running talking to him and he wants me to shut up...........LOL!!!!
