I can't say why sometimes there are more active members than not - I have noticed on 2 other boards, that i frequent, that there is a lull - perhaps spring fever?

New members are encouraged to write - some people never get up the nerve or have nothing to add. But you can always look for posts that are not getting attention & add something, if you think you can help.

Sometimes it's a good idea to connect with those who have similar birds & you can help each other out. We've done this in the Budgie forum. Post in their threads & learn about their bird.

I like a lot of different birds - i tend to focus on the Budgies but can't resist the others.

Welcome to BB! I am the opposite of Tiffany, I have a Janday Conure but not a Peanut! Mine is named Yaxche and he is only about 7 months old and going through his first molt. Your Peanut is beautiful, looks like a mature bird? How old is he?
