New Kid from Texas!

Hi, im Kayla and I have a Cockatiel named J.Alexander.
I got him last year in June, which makes him 1 year old sometime in April.
Originally I thought he was a girl, so he was deemed Alli, but he got yellow on his face and started singing me love songs so he was renamed J.Alexander(like from Americas Next Top Model). :]

Hes my only bird, although my mom has 11 or so finches.
Im worried that he might be lonely, but I absolutely cant get him a girlfriend or my mom might kill me, im not allowed to have anymore pets.

He gets PLENTY of out of the cage time, actually, I dont think he spends anytime in his cage unless he is eating. I just leave his cage open and let him explore my room all day.

Well, I hope to gain lots of knowledge from these board! :]

Nice to meet you and welcome to BB. Do you leave him free when you are not home? If so that could be dangerous for J.Alexander. To many things to get into when you are not there. Do you have some pics to post?

Not intentionally.
Sometimes I forget to put him back, but usually he goes back in his cage when im at school or gone.
