Hello from Northern California...
or would it be considered Central? There's so much debate about which "side" my city belongs to.
My name is Sumiko. I am a college student majoring in biology and working part-time at a local pet store. I am also a chinchilla breeder and I enjoy attending chinchillas shows and learning from the experienced breeders. My family and I are the proud parents of a female rose-breasted cockatoo named Phoenix. She is just a love and I'm looking forward to learning from everyone on here and hearing stories of other Galahs like our Phoenix. Well, IMO, anything around Sacramento or San Fransisco is Central California! I grew up about 165 miles north of Sacramento, and there's still plenty of miles left from there to Oregon!
I've got family (and friends of family) who live in Manteca! I sort of know the area, and may actually be in the SF area soon! I gotta say though, Phoenix is gorgeous!!! And welcome to BB!
