hello everyone
hello all my name is Paul i have just brought my first parrot. he is 8 months old but im a bit unsure what type of parrot he is. i was told he is a red head amazon. as this is my first parrot and i don't no much about them i thought this forum would be a great start to finding out a lot more.

Hi Paul. Congratulations on your purchase. The first parrot I ever got to know was a Mexican Red Headed Amazon. I don't know if it is the same kind of bird as yours but he was great. He was so funny. He was a great talker and seemed to know the right things to say at the right time. What is the new guy's name? I hope you have a lot of fun with him.
