New
I am from Elk, WA 20 miles north of Spokane. I have an 11 year old Citron Cockatoo that I have had for 2 years. BOOBOO was an abused bird, but has come a long way. He is my baby. He does not trust men. My husband can scratch his head but that is about it. We have a new addition to the family coming soon...LULU an 11 month old Catalina Macaw. I have been visiting her often. Still not to the point of touching. But she will talk to me and whistle at me when I walk away. Her old owner just didn't have time for her. She will come home next week. We joined the forum for help and advice. It is an awesome place. Thanks for being here.

 You found the right place.  Catalina Macaw's are beautiful!! Need pics of your FIDS both your too and Catalina!! We love pics and there are never to many to post!!
