I am new here. My husband and I are slaves to 3 B&G Macaws, 1 Mollucan Cockatoo, 1 Yellow-Naped Amazon, 1 African Gray, 10 finches, 3 Button Quail, 2 ferets and 1 Cocker Spaniel. We live in the Lower Mainland of B.C, Canada and do our own private parrot rescue. We are not a registered rescue but have chosen to open our home to parrots in need. We do our best to find good safe permanent homes for them. We have a pair of Blue & Golds that we have set up for breeding and hope one day that we will get a baby from them. Our most experience is with the macaws but we will take any in. We have been doing rescue for about 4 years now and really enjoy it. :eusa_danc

Welcome! I live in NY state and share my life with 4 Amazons. Plus I am adopting a 17 yo Mealy who will be home on Sunday! Very exciting. You can see my birds and read their stories on thw website which is linked in my profile. Also sharing our lives are 1 18yo calico kitty, 4 border coll1ies + 1 foster, 2 house bunnies, 4 guinea pigs + many fosters. I think that's all, LOL
