Hey! Welcome to the forum! I must say your cockatiel is quite cute. I know my pied tiel, Willow has a similar feather. I don't have a picture of it, but right above the base of her tail is a feather that's white, grey stripped, and yellow. It's really pretty and I snatch it up anytime she molts it out.
