I'm not sure what happened to my first post here.

I am trying to learn more about birds, and how to help them. Among other things, I do public outreach on birds in captivity. In April, I was attacked by Bird Paradise co-owner Kathy Lance during a peaceful, legal demonstration. The whole thing was caught on videotape. She pled guilty to a lesser charge at a trial last Monday. You can watch the tape here:

If this post gets removed, please let me know why. Everything I'm posting here is factual, and I think people who might want to patronize this store would be interested in knowing how one of the owners behaves.

Ah yes, a peaceful and legal demonstration.

Last time I happen to see a peaceful and legal demonstration it caused 4 car accidents within about 20 minutes. But its all good because it was peaceful and legal.

How is your demonstration supposed to help birds? Pull up a chair here and learn with us how to help birds. I'm willing to bet that you spent more time involved in a petty trial than truly trying to help birds.

Yes, I agree. Learning is one thing, however this post is not about the birds....I have followed this "post" on several other sites.
We at BB are a very dedicated and devoted group of bird caregivers .
We are interested in sharing experiences, and learning from eachother.
We will not stand for attacks on businesses or individuals, and that is NOT what BB is about or supports.

Rowan, what do you have to offer this forum other than to attempt to disparage the good name of a wonderful lady? I see nothing in your post that in any way relates to birds, the love of birds, caring for birds or "helping" birds. In fact, you seem to devote more time to harassing and stalking this woman than you do looking for ways to "help" birds.

Like Lisa said, why would an Animal Rights activist -one who is TOTALLY against owning birds or captivating birds - join a captive/companion bird forum unless your only modus operandi is to attack someone's good name. Sorry, but you are not fooling me.

Ha you call THAT an attack? Wow, then I must have been attacked my hundreds of people as I walk through the shop, so should I go and sue someone for pushing me at a rock concert? What is the world coming too...I saw no blood so I'm not exactly sure what your point was when you film someone without their permission and provoke them and then sue them for the reaction you intended on...hmm.... *cough* overacter *cough*
