Hi everyone,

I registered a while ago but decided to properly introduce myself today.

I have 4 birds. A lovebird named Piper, a senegal called Shade, a red-bellied named Joey and a meyer's called Petey.

As you can see I really do like the Poicephalus parrots.

Well it depends.
My Senegal will step up with just about anyone without a fuss. I had friends give presentations to kids (scout and brownies meetings for example) and invited me along with some of my birds and my Senegal has always done well with going to see other people.
My Red-bellied is the "show off" bird thought. He'll be very active, talk (well the few words he does say clearly and mumbles a lot) even more than he usually does. However, he won't go see everyone as readily as my Senegal.
The Meyer's I got not too long ago. He's a 13 year old rescue who's seen a couple of homes already and he's just started slowly coming out of his shell.
