Hello From Ozzy Bird

Hello, All!

I'm Pam and I have a 9 month old Sunday (Sun x Jenday) named Ozzy. I've known him since he was 6 weeks old and he came home at five and a half months.

Before I met Ozzy I was never, ever at all interested in owning birds or parrots. I've had all types of animals growing up; cats, dogs, a horse, a pet turkey, rabbits, hamsters, snakes etc. But as soon as I met Ozzy it was all over! I fell in love with him and never looked back. I started learning as much as I could about conures and parrots and their behavior and care. As much as I've read I still don't know nearly as much as I wish I did. I hope to learn from all of those on the board with more experience!

I'm a professional dog trainer by trade. I currently employed by a national pet supply super store where I met Oz. I currently live with 3 dogs, a herd of cats, one parrot, one little girl and one (bird smitten as well) husband.
