Smile New BE2 owner

Hello all!
I just joined the group today looking for help with my new babies.
I've got a 4 month old Bare Eyed Cockatoo and a 6 months old budie and I'm completely lost. Well...completely with the cockatoo, just a bit turned around with the budgie...lol
So, here I am...looking for help! LOL
I currently live in East Central Texas and have several other animals.
Not sure what all to say here, but you'll sure be seeing some questions come through from me! LOL
Thanks so much for such a great place for bird lovers to come together and thanks for letting me join!
Sissy

Owned by
1 Bare Eyed Cockatoo - Sugar
1 Budgie - Kalani

I'd post a picture, but don't know how...LOL

Sissy, welcome. It's great to have you on board with us. Throw out as many questions as come to mind. There are a lot of cockatoo owners out here (not me) who will be able to give you good advice. The people love to share information and knowledge. I've learned a great deal from reading their advice.

First one is my Bare Eyed Cockatoo, Sugar.
Second is my budgie, Kalani (Kalani is not very tame yet, so this is best pic I can get for now)

Hi Sissy, welcome here. You'll be sure to find someone who will be able to help with answers to your questions. I don't have any too's but I think they can be a handful if not given proper guidance! Just like any bird I guess, but they can be SO LOUD!

Welcome to BirdBoard Sissy. Did you adopt both birds about the same time? Do they play together yet? Do you worry about the size difference between your 2 birds?
