Thank you so much, everyone.
After crying most of the day, my husband surprised me by calling and giving me a phone number to call. It was a local breeder. He said he didn't want to see me looking at an empty cage everyday. I now have a new brown throated conure. He's about six months old. Almost hand tame. I've named him Phenix (spelling is intentional) - joy out of the ashes of sorrow. But Percy was a very special little guy, I miss him already.

That is wonderful for you. I know you will always hold Percy in a very special place in your heart, and now you have a new angel to love and cuddle. I am happy for you!
