Hi everyone!!!

I'm new to this board and am sure glad to find you guys. I am a mother of 3 boys, 4 dogs, 2 cats and a Harris Hawk named Buzz. He has a funky beak. We are looking for anyone who knows anything about how a raptors beak grows in. We live in a small city named Sarnia, Ontario, near the michigan border. I was on the chat last night and everyone there was wonderful. It's nice to find people with the same interests. Well I just wanted to introduce myself and say HELLO!!.

I've taken a picture and am waiting to get it back from the processing centre. I'll post it or try to as I'm new to this computer thing, as soom as I can. My husband got him for hunting about a year and a half ago.

Hello, and welcome. I, too, have no idea what a Harris Hawk is. I guess it't time to do some searching.

I hope your stay here is enjoyable!!!

HI there and "Oh how Cool" on the Hawk thingy there. Sorry I can't help you with your question. The only thing I DO know about the Harris Hawk, as you can sometimes see them around here in the Southern California area, is that they are the only known species of Hawk that hunts as a Pack.
Welcome to the Bird board.
